About the training

The 300HR Advanced Training is the deepest educational experience within the Chaitanya Vinyasa methodology. It is where the Expansion Series lives, advanced capacity, energetic endurance, complex integration, and the pathway toward faculty status.

This training is not for everyone. It is designed for teachers who have completed the 200HR certification and are ready to go significantly deeper, into the advanced dimensions of the method, into their own teaching, and into the possibility of carrying the methodology forward as senior teachers.

Nepal is not an arbitrary choice. The environment, the mountains, the culture, the distance from ordinary life, creates the conditions for real immersion. Graduates consistently describe the experience as transformative in a way that no studio-based training can replicate.
