Health information you disclose is used solely to support safe participation in physical training and is shared only with the faculty directly involved in your training, on a need-to-know basis. We do not use health information for marketing purposes.

- Service providers who support our operations, including our website and learning management platform (currently Kajabi), payment processors, and email service providers, each acting under their own data protection obligations;
- Faculty and licensed partners directly involved in delivering a Program you're enrolled in, including Licensed Schools and Licensed Trainers where relevant to your certification or licensing record;
- Third-party accommodation providers, where you've booked accommodation through a retreat we're hosting, solely as needed to fulfil that booking;
- Legal and regulatory authorities, where required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
